Do you take any vitamins or supplements? Which do you take? Do you notice any difference in your overall health from taking them?
I take Vitamin C, L-Lysene, Zinc, and sublingual B-12 during the fall and winter months. Yes I can tell if I stop taking them, I will catch everyone's colds and sore throats. I have 3 school age kids...need I say more?
